If you’ve tried everything to lose weight and keep it off... Join Me In This FREE Masterclass!!

If you struggle with finding the perfect gift for those difficult people on your list, or if you put off shopping ‘til last minute then impulse-buy the first things you see (no one really needs a pair of tacky holiday socks…unless they’re those ones with eggs and bacon that Target has…I digress), then I’ve got you covered!

Without further adieu, I give you…

The Top Ten Gifts to Give:

 1. A NutriBullet. This tops my list because I don’t go a single day without using this efficient little blender—it’s a must-have. I loved my Magic Bullet, but it broke twice, and the NutriBullet has treated me right! I use this at least once a day to make a smoothie, it grinds my coffee beans, and blends butter into my coffee, too! It fits right in a drawer in the kitchen, and is a breeze to clean.

 2. A Soda Stream. This is something I should have started using sooner. (I say “started using” because I’ve had one for a long time, it just sat in the box for far too long before I finally opened it and gave it a shot—and opening that box CHANGED. MY. LIFE.) Help someone on your list kick the soda habit, and while you’re at it, grab one for yourself if you don’t have one yet! I recommend using some Sweet Leaf stevia drops to make your carbonated drink taste like your favorite soda! Root beer, anyone?

 3. A PFC Club Membership. You’ve been a Super Special PFC Club Member for a few months now—you get it. If you know someone who could really use the guidance and accountability you’ve found in this Group, but maybe they aren’t ready to commit to one-on-one coaching yet, this is a great way for them to test the waters and see for themselves what the PFC lifestyle is all about. (And if you’re not a PFC Club Member yet, you’ll want to consider gifting yourself this one, too!)

 4. A Kombucha Kit. This is for the DIY’er on your list! This has everything they need to get them started. Once they make their first batch, there’s no limit to the flavors and varieties of kombucha they can make in their own kitchen (and hopefully share with you!).

 5. A Spiralizer. What better way to encourage a loved one to get healthier? They won’t even miss the pasta once they realize how easy and delicious it is to make real food noodles out of zucchini, yams, squash…the possibilities are endless! This gift pairs well with my next suggestion…

 6. A real food cookbook or two. For your friend or family member 11045339_784655634944945_757969175057614441_owho loves spending time in the kitchen, help them get on board with balanced eating with a cookbook that focuses on real food ingredients! A few of my favorites are Nom Nom PaleoAgainst All Grain, and the 21 Day Sugar Detox (for the person who knows it’s time to kick the sugar habit)!

 7. A care package of shelf stable PFC foods. Do you know someone who is always on the go? Someone who loves to camp or hike or loves being in the wilderness? What about filling a basket (or even a sweet little soft sided cooler!) with things like beef sticks, salmon packets and jerky for healthy Proteins, some nut butter packets, pumpkin seeds and coconut butter packets for healthy Fats, and some dried mango, dried peas, and dried cranberries for healthy Carbs? This would also be a great idea for the person who swears they “never have time to cook!” They can keep these things right in their desk at work. Throw a few LARABARS in there for good measure, too. 🙂

 8. Sun Love Sun Protection. This sun protectant has been a game changer for me. I outlined in a blog post exactly why my stance has changed when it comes to skin care. As someone who never used sunscreen because of all of the toxic chemicals in them, this is the first sun protectant I’ve found that is made from completely safe ingredients, and it’s effective. Bonus? It can be used as a bronzer, too. Sun protection is the perfect gift, especially for anyone going on a vacation as the weather cools down!

 9. An Egg Cooker. This little gadget makes hard boiling eggs a snap! If you’ve got a person of college age on your list, this would be a nice dorm room gift. Or, if you know someone who doesn’t like eating breakfast, this could be the fun new gadget that gets them to try something new. (Or, if you love hard boiled eggs and just can’t master the fine art of hard boiling—because it truly can be an art form—then this would make a lovely gift for yourself!)

 10. A Food Processor. Anyone who loves to cook will benefit from a food processor. They’re super easy to use and they cut meal prep time by at least half when cutting, dicing, or slicing veggies is involved, and it’s never been easier to make nut butters, mayonnaise, sauces and soups. This is a nice small one for under 20 bucks!
